Maria, one of our volunteers, is a musician and Singing Mamas leader; she will lead a joyful hour of singing for everyone to join in — no singing experience needed! We come together to sing gorgeous, easy-to-learn, intuitive songs by ear which will leave you feeling relaxed and uplifted.

Singing Mamas is an international charity supporting mental well-being through singing. Singing has an incredible effect to our mood! When singing our bodies release both calming & feel-good hormones.

The singing is for you, but your baby will love the sounds, rhythms and harmonies too!
